Description of the contract:
The awarding authority invites bids for Cleaning Services for its Halls of Residences for the summer period
2012 only.
There are 3 Lots, which include:
Lot 1 - Deep and shallow cleaning during the summer recess 2012, in addition, Conference Make Up service
may be required
Lot 2 ? Carpet Cleaning, which may be required on an ad hoc basis or wholesale (2,500 Bedrooms)
Lot 3 - External window and door cleaning (typically required at six monthly intervals).
AU reserves the right to ask the successful contractor(s) to carry out a modest amount of additional work as &
when required.
Please note that Aberystwyth University is seeking a contract with a supplier(s) for the supply of cleaning
services for the current summer 2012 recess period only (other than for an additional external 6 month
window clean, probably during early 2013).
