Steamway mastermatic omega 4200 TM New

Hi,

We have just removed this Truckmount from one of our vans and have decided not to put it in the new van.

Its been used 5 days a week for last 4 years and is a brilliant machine, but would say it needs a little tlc now.

it has kohler 20hp engine
cat pump
size 3 blower
kerosene burner

if wanted 400 litre frsh water tank, waste tank, hoses & reel
fuel tanks

Good points:-

engine is good working order been regularly serviced
cat pump is fine regularly checked
blower is fine regularly greased

Bad points :-

The burner is temperamental, it works on and off, could be something simple but just never got round to having it fixed.  Works ok without heat though.

machine was working fine when dismantled and removed, although a couple of times recently it cut out when under load, but then would start fine again, so maybe a sensor somewhere needs replacing, or something needs cleaning.

Im sure this is nothing serious but havent the technical expertise to go through it myself.

This machine is dismantled and sitting in my garage at the moment, all the parts are there and even I could put it back together again. ( the main machine is in one lump, just the tanks and hoses and sides are removed.)

This would suite someone with mechanical knowledge and the time and inclination to get it running sweet.
Or someone who knows a good mechanic who would spend some time on it.

Ive tried to be as honest as poss about the machine but any questions are welcome. I would be happy to put it in the new van but we just dont need it and the nature of some of our work doesnt require it now and we also run a another tm ( pro mount 18 )  and thats sufficient.

I'm looking for around £1k which you'd nearly pay that for the cat pump on it own.

May be tempted by a swap for a decent powerful portable.
