period of 5 years. This is broken down to an initial period of 3 years
with a potential extension period annually of 2 years based on acceptable
performance.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: For contract values up to
100 000 GBP p.a. the contract value should not exceed 40 % of the
suppliers turnover, the supplier will be required to provide a minimum of
1 years accounts for review. For contract values over 100 000 GBP p.a. the
contract value should not exceed 25 % of the suppliers turnover, the
supplier will be required to provide a minimum of 2 years accounts for
review.
Potential suppliers are invited to bid for all lots, however, should a
supplier choose to bid for lots which exceed the relevant one of the 40 %
or 25 % turnover limit, they will be required to provide a preference list
(indicating which of the lots bid for is/are their preferred ones) which
will be used to award lots at the tender stage within their financial
threshold.
The lowest anticipated value specified in the lot information will be used
as the anticipated contract value.
