25 foot would not reach a 3 story for me i use a 35 foot

DO YOU MEAN 2ND FLOOR?EG GROUND FLOOR,FIRST FLOOR,SECOND FLOOR?as in 3 storey?

i have a few big houses and i can just reach the second floor windows with my 25ft SLX.Im 6ft 2in with long arms so just about manage it.

if you mean third floor (4 windows from the ground)then no chance.youll need a 35 footer.

yes.  we can hit 3rd floor with my CLX22, so long as they're not set back in the roof

Think 8-10 foot per room mate, if your of average height then you'll be ok unless the top windows are set back.
