The price depends on how you run your business, if you work on you own just charge a price you are happy with.

However if you are looking to build a viable long term business, then you have to factor in the costs of all the associated overheads you would be liable for plus still make a profit at the end.

is this building just being refurbed inside only ? or a builders clean on outside ?

Builders clean brick mortar on outside windows, glue, plastic on frames.

Or is it just paint/plaster inside on windows and a first clean on outside?

mainly on the inside .although the outsides aren't brill but can be wfp i think . dont want ladder work at the moment while weather is bad. all insides are done apart from a couple . just waiting for ideal day for outsides to finish it, not a problem for the time scale as its not being moved into for a couple of weeks

dude why are you putting yourself down, going in after decorators can take ages to do just one window, so doing loads is good.
I hope you charged well for this job.  ;)
