seal skins gloves

had two pairs of these how the hell can they say there water proof they keep hands dry for ten mins my tea strainer is more water proof

I've used those sealskin gloves in the past they go a bit smelly as well.
I don't think they're tough enough for manual work.
In my experience you're better off without gloves.

If you stop trying to keep your hands warm after about ten minutes of going numb and hurting like hell they go hot and your hands stay warm all day.

tried all the gloves.

Not really been wearing this winter not that cold where i am until last week and now snow :'(

Last week went in morrisons and got a pair of industrial rubber gloves; had cheap pair of tesco's gloves material; underneath 100% water proof total cost £7.

Warm enough and 100% dry hands :D

You guys should use the showa gloves , they are used by fishermen and  north sea oil riggers  warm and water p[roof cant beat them , just google showa gloves

I think i have the only waterproof set of sealskins in the uk!  I know this is gonna sound far fetched but i must of had these about 5 years and thety are still waterproof! as someone on here one asked me when i mentioned this before I do only wear them for special occasions  ;D

i got a pair of youngtown gloves all i can say is crap 1 day old soaking showa gloves ok but too bulky sick of buying gloves they eigther leak or wear out quickley

I've tried all these rip off priced gloves like Sealskins etc was not impressed. I'm currently using Aldi's blue and fluesent yellow builders gloves priced at £2.75!!! My hands don't get wet either!1

EXACTLY thats why my sealskins are still waterproof after 5 yrs
