question for mr gardiner
« on: February 06, 2014, 09:16:23 pm »
a friend of mine asked me to have a look at his clx 22 mark 1,  top 3 sections are pretty much had it . question is could he buy the top 3 sections of the new clx 2 to replace the used sections of the mark 1 . i would suggest buying a complete pole but you have none in stock ,and ive lent him my slx 22 and worried he is gonna wreck it . so like to get him sorted asap
regards andy

He could - All sections from the new poles are fully interchangeable with the older poles.

New stock of the CLX22 is arriving on Friday (along with most other sizes).

Of course he could also look at upgrading the clamps on his old pole with the new smart clamps - this may give him a good bit more life from the old pole.

can he have a go with the old spray laquer as well ? or is it too late for that,

i changed the clamps on my old slx to the new ones and the difference is amazing, its really easy to do and the pole has been like new ever since
