Hi Guys,
I am looking to replace my TM backup HWE machine.  I currently run a Prochem Steempro Powermax (I am selling this to my cousin who is just starting up), and am considering the Airflex Mini twin vac (probably with the Magma inline heater), would be interested in hearing feedback from any users of this setup.  The reason for me choosing the Airflex Mini is that I find lugging the Powermax up stairs in flats with no lift a bit of bind as I'm not getting any younger and being the 'wrong' side of 50. The Airflex looks to deliver a decent performance but in a lighter, more compact package.  Would also be interested in views on any alternatives, or if anyone is selling an Airflex?

Hi Pete

Have a look at the Alltec Express machine 130psi 2x3 stage vacs with in-line heater.

This is going to be our next small machine.

Have you used the alltec machine and if so is the inline heater any good as the magma is very good also being seperate makes it lighter one of my customers picked up the mackine and carried it up to his attic flat the service from cleansmart is first class

I saw and had a play with the alltec version and the dual vac model looks the business you can also have a heat exchanger model which makes the water very hot.

The alltec has 3000w inbuilt inline heater + twinvac  for 1395+

Airflex has no heater  but includes wand+hose for 1499+

alltec is better deal by far ...

They are the same machine but alltec offer a hx built in so there's no need to buy a magma.

There is another difference. Alltec dont have any. I asked to see one last Monday while having my TM serviced. They dont have one and dont know when they will

Thanks guys for all the help and advice.  I am looking to order an Alltec Express machine now, but through Reliance Cleaning supplies (cheaper than thru Alltec direct), unfortunatley the machines are on back order from the states though.

Good luck with the new machine Pete when you get it.

Phoned Robert (Alltec) last week he said they were on back order from the states ,been a very popular machine..Going to order our machine before this batch sell out.

We are also selling our Prochem Steempro powermax with heat`n`run to buy this machine because the Express machine is the same but in a smaller package ideal for 2 up 2 down houses (EOT).

 hi
 i was going to get a new spotter machine like a sabrina. do you think this alltech express could be used as a spotter?

 it has the advantage over the spotter to be usable on small jobs.

 we use airflex turbo at the minute its fantastic but it is an absoloute beast to move if you have to get it of the van, beginning to dread it if you just have a lounge to do.
