The awarding authority have recently been awarded package C315 by Crossrail, the Connaught Tunnel C315
Refurbishment & Fit Out and we are looking for a company that can provide Anti Graffiti works.
The scope for which is:
The application of anti-grafitti to concrete and brickwork surfaces. The approximate area specified to receive
anti-grafitti is 4600m2.
All delivery drivers must have passed the Crossrail driver training induction.
All drivers must have photo identification and the Transaction Number to access any site. Vehicles must display
the Crossrail I.D. Badge
Deliveries will not be accepted onto site without specific authorisation from the Logistic Co-ordinator,
authorisation will normally be through the Delivery Request Booking Form
PPE must be worn by drivers whenever they exit the vehicle?s cab
All deliveries must be notified to site (minimum of 48 hours notice) through the Delivery Request Booking Form
with supplier?s name, contact name and phone number, estimated delivery time, point of origin, destination
site, haulier name, vehicle type,
vehicle registration, drivers name, drivers licence number and Crossrail driver training number.
Suppliers shall make available all their records for the purpose of any Audit conducted by Vinci or Crossrail.
Audits finding shall be analyzed and communicated to the interested parties to enable system and process
improvements and where appropriate,
management actions

Expressions of interest are invited for the above opportunity - at this stage interested parties are asked only to
complete the pre-qualification questionnaire included herein. A full enquiry shall follow thereafter for
short-listed vendors.
It is anticipated that we will shortlist between 3 and 5 sub-contractors for this package.
