Try the UPVC rejuvenation stuff from Screw Fix mate, or the trade cleaner stuff they sell.

dont get me wrong but why are you worrying,if it is not your fault it and it was caused by someone else just explain to the customer,if he or she wants it removed, charge extra for the materials and labour or explain its ground in and wont come out

I've removed marks with those white rubber like pads available from Wilkos, but if they've been there a long time they might not come off.

a little bit of phosphoric acid will move it easily, this acid is used in some stainless steel cleaners and is also found in many houshold toilet cleaners so try one of those.

ciff white cream, you can buy it in most shops, wipe on with a damp cloth, then wash of with plenty of water,
a lot of custys of mine leave metal hose connectors on their cills, and leaves rust on them, anyway ciff works

yes Ciff is great but the rust may have bled in to the plastic beyond the surface, not your fault, if i see stuff likely to rust i , if poss, tell the customer, those that do it tend to put stuff there repeatedly  ???

wurth type 20 may do it, solvent cleaner for uovc/ pvcu

Yes & No - while its great to do those little extras and if it's not effecting your time greatly then everyone is happy but if it's adding
say 15/20 mins to the job (or more) you are just losing out and the customer altho pleased does not always value the extra work as it was done for free - and this can lead to 'requests' like  "could you just wash over the gutters - it'll only take you a few mins"
all for free of course. - remember you are biz - time is money.

certain leaves also leave stains on pvc.i clean them the best i can on maintenance cleans but charge extra if they want me to clean them off.cif usually works but it can be abrasive so go easy when scrubbing(i use non scratch scouring pads).
price higher/work harder!
