The only way you can get round this stupid rule is to use ratchet straps.

If you use ratchet straps it is classed as goods being carried. If you weld in the tank etc, its classed as a modification.

Correct.
My tanks have no choice but to be ratchet strapped down for MOT issues.

must be me,i found them to be unprofessional never got back to me(on 2 other occasions),also went through the website for a quote and got a message saying call us to discuss your enquiry, now maybe its me but i think it should have been the other way round.....now Alexander swan thats a different story

A plan do not have any vans to send to people in case of accident
