Hi Guys

I've just taken on a large communal way job which has terazzo flooring, the last cleaner has left the floors in a really bad state

what is the best stuff to use on it to remove the old dirt on the edge? they also want the floors buffed every month aswell, its been a while since we last did floor buffing so need some heads up on the best thing to use

Thanks

For buffing look at KGS pads.

With regard to the edges it may be old floor finish that has discoloured and built up or residue from mopping.

Take a scraper and see if you can remove any layers if not some diamond hand pads will help to cut back the surface removing the discoloured top layer. Some stripper may help with this.
