Hi again,

Did exactly what you said, ... found the job,  selected print, and it said there are no matching records?????

She has been on the system for 4 years...

will try another job to see if it does it with them all.

It says the same on any job... but before the warning comes up , it says there are no records   for the last six months , up to todays date..... which reads  08/12/1899    ?????

Even though i entered the correct date... ????

Stumped !!

Yeah i've just tried doing it because i've never had to print one off before.
My one comes up as "Address Record Not Found!"
So doesn't work for me either  :-\

Ok i've find another way.
I went into JOBS
Scroll down to find customer on list and right click.
Then select PRINT STATEMENT
Select how many months and end date then NEXT
then PRINT
Then select SCREEN to view or PRINT
