I still do a few customers who I've had since I started 11 years ago, do any of you reward this type of loyalty if so how?

Yes, and yes I do reward them - I don't increase the price I charged , ok only 4 years ago but it goes down well.

Yes, I have plenty of loyal customers. I've had some that weren't loyal, used someone else (cheaper) and come back to me... Which is immensely satisfying.... ;D

I reward them by sticking to the original price I first charged. But, like Philip, I've only been carpet cleaning for a few years....

I'm working for someone on Monday who I did in my first month 21 years ago.
I'll reward her by keep doing what I'm doing because it must work.  ;D

I'm not sure keeping your prices the same is a good idea. It's ok if you've only been going a few years but any more than that then past customers on low prices become less attractive and if you suddenly realise that and increase them you could lose them anyway. As opposed to new customers on current prices.
A better way is to give them a lifetime discount card, say 10%, that way you can keep your prices current but still offer a saving to your loyal customers.

I'm afraid I was born with a decimal point (1970) the missus uses her finger to point the 'dot' right at my forehead or in one of my eyes.
