Bit confused ..
you obviously cover carpet /rug - upholstery cleaning ... But gallery shows conservatory and driveway cleaning as well... not mentioned anywhere else i.e. under services ... Do you offer these services as well ?? ...... mayb I am missing something ??

Way better than most Steve, have you noticed a difference yet.

I like the BIG quote bottom and the slideshow. I would just have one quote button on the homepage and have one on each of your other pages. Do you prefer this rather than them calling? If not I would have the number bigger and more prominent especially on your other pages, you can't really see them very well.

If you are going to link to the HOST site, would it not be better to open a new window rather than leave the site?

I realise that leaving drops your bounce rate but it may be a bit confusing. Could you not just embed the host videos in your site?

I don't really agree with this bit

Rugs are made and constructed much differently to carpets, the pile is normally a lot longer so more grit and dirt is stored.

But I LOVE this bit

Sorry to go slightly OT, but I notice you advertise that you accept credit & debit cards on your site.

What method do you use, and do you find you get more upsells by people whacking it onto their cards?

Use a mobile terminal from 123 send usually people will just bang it on the card 30p for debit card or a % for credit cards
