control. The lots may all be awarded to one contractor or on an individual
lot basis to a maximum of 3 contractors.

contract(s) will be awarded for 3 years with an option to extend for up to
2 years.

schools, its sheltered housing schemes.

To efficiently clear and dispose safely of fly tipping and other waste
issues, including hazardous waste from our estates. The winning bidder
will work with us to help to maintain clean, tidy and safe estates.

1) Short description
Pest control contractor to help us deal with rats, mice and other pests
that occur on our estates. This will involve eradicating a variety of
pests and working with us to ensure the long term control of some
problematic infestations. We also have properties that are under the
flight path of Heathrow Airport where birds control may be required.
Estimated value GBP 60 000 per year.

A contractor is required to carry out emergency cleaning tasks on our
estate when our caretaking services are unavailable. This may include
weekend or out of hours service. The contractor will also be required to
carry out window cleaning. This may be, as required, for all our sheltered
blocks as well as general estate window cleaning.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for
economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However,
any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out
for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the
