I take it you're either still undecided or you have made a decision?

hi there,

a quick update for everybody, one company responded to my initial enquiry in a most professional manner, i am afraid to say the response was head and shoulders above the other respondents.  And that is why the decision was made to go with that particular company.

on top of that the window cleaning company have now had the opportunity to quote for the ongoing window clwaning of the building after handover.  So if i add into the equation for the other cleaning and ongoing maintenance work then its an annual contract worth in excess of £15k.

If i can give one free piece of advice,, and in a constructive manner, every potential client should be approached and sold to in the best way possible, 100% effort.  Make yourself standout from the rest!!

So Helen, well done and I look forward to seeing you later in the month.

regards

martin
