Granite Counter Top

Can anyone recommend someone to speak to in regard to granite countertop repolishing. I have completed plenty floors but I have a rather high profile client asking us to take on some work as they dont want the fabricator back in their house. I have plenty samples in house to practise on just need a little direction.
