Most of my customers are bi-monthly and so are covered in flymuck and cobwebs at this time of year.

I am hoping to get a WFP soon and was thinking whether this would remove fly muck or would i need to get a hot water system?

I first posted this in July. I thought I would give an update on how it went.
I have suceeded in increasing the price by 50% on two of my estates.
Although I gave the clients the option of bi-monthly cleans ,the majority decided to pay the extra and continue having monthy cleans.
I have since gone onto WFP for the tops. My clients can see that I am having to invest in new technology to comply with the new regs.
I only lost one client. I did explain to each of them that I only had 3 options. [A ]pack the job in, dump their estate and find higher priced work,[ C] Increase my charges by a substantial amount.
If you think your work is under priced, be honest and sincere with your clients, and most will go along with even a substantial increase. Dai
