a. Performance standards;
b. Self and Joint Audits;
c. Shortfall of standards will be subject to contractor rectification or
credit;
d. A Monthly contract meeting;
e. Audit of Hours;
f. All staff are required to be able to communicate both verbally and in
writing to a satisfactory standard of English in order to fulfil the
requirements of the role.
