hi this is really a test to see how much my work is worth and wether to sell and buy more work in the same area
currently around 1k a month in cleans
one round cleans £250 per fortnight average and can be cleaned by 2 men in half a day some monthlys are on the round but i split into 2 seperate cleans to keep the round the same size per clean this is in hamer/rochdale, with room for expansion
second round is just outside of rochdale in middleton thats cleaning £120 per fortnight and can be cleaned by 2 men in a couple of hours
third round comprises of once a month cleans which is spread around rochdale but will take around a day for 2 men to complete as some driving around is required
this cleans around £200 per month as a few of the places are fortnightly
ive currently been cleaning this myself so looking to sell and buy a larger more compact round
