Staffing Advice Required
« on: August 15, 2011, 08:33:18 am »
Hi All

I have just signed up some large contracts and urgently require good cleaning staff, If anyone can advice on how to find good staff. I have placed adverts in Job Centres and found the applicants don't realy want the work, have also tried adverts in newsagents windows - but once again no responce.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
Yogi

Job centres are often a waste of time imo as I suspect a lot of the "applicants" have to go through the motions to get their benefit, try advertising in gumtree - if you're not in London its free and usually gets a good response - good luck.

Hi
How about advertising in shop windows near where the contracts are? Jobcentres are a waste of time, i always got half arsed applications through, or interviewed people who were only applying as the jobcentre put them forward for it.
