The schedule is what you make it and what has to be cleaned on a frequency.
just like this as an example
Item Freq
Tables - everyday
Banister rails Weekly
Skirting Monthly
Entrance tiles daily
Just keep everything in order - so split it all up to each item that is weekly, daily etc.
If its a large office its a good idea to have sign off sheets so you can when its being or been done.
