coshh is the safety data sheet for whatever chemical you are using, so depending on what chemicals would depend on the sheet

You can't "do" a coshh sheet.
Ask the supplier or manufacturer for a copy..... or do you mean something else?

Maybe a coshh register, where you keep the sheets and any staff sign to say they have read and understood before being allowed to use chemicals?

not sure what you are after really Edward

Do you mean a risk assessment? Ie a form you would fill out if you were to clean a commercial property and highlighting any risks that might occur and what you will do to avoid to them.

to carry out your own COSHH assessment you have to be classed as a competent person to do so.

type in 'COSHH + product name' into google, it will probably be there somewhere. Otherwise contact manufacturer of the product.

did they ask for any thing else, are you only doing window cleaning, if so you can download the data sheet for fairy liquid/ or whatever you use.

by the way coshh stands care of substances hazourdess to health, I know I spelt that wrong, but if you don't use chemicals just tell them so and suggest they want a risk assessment and method statement, at least that way you will look more professional
