This was done a few years back. It is quite profitable and dead easy. A really good business opportunity that we are missing out on. Does anyone do it?

I used to fit windows for 8yrs... when i started window cleaning about 6 years ago i was asked loads on doing glass replacements but kept falling behind on my window cleaning work... so only do the odd one or two in the winter now..
Infact not long ago a custy had some building work done and the cowboy builder made a hash of fitting the rear doors he asked if i could fix it on a rainy day so i said yeah... It was a full rip out and re fit job and normally would of charge £180 for a job like this but i only charged him £60 and he moaned that it was to much 'cheek of it'
You cant please some people hey!!!

I do the odd one Vince, it is really easy if they are on the ground floor. I take the beading off, measure up accurately and get the local window company to give me a price, always v low cost and delivered foc.

I have an "arrangement" with a couple who specialise in this. I pass them leads -they do freebie/cheap work for me.
