Blackpool area.

Just returned from a nice weekend in Blackpool and couldn't get over the amount of dirty windows up there, even on guest houses.

What's the problem up there, no decent window cleaners or no money to pay them??

 ;D ;D ;Dare you having a laugh.last time i went there the best thing they could do to improve the place was to drop a bomb on it,
