Vinyl tiles are not porous. Some floor finish will help even out the appearance. For best results buff with a red floor pad prior to application. For peace of mind be sure to use a finish that carries slip test results. There are many cheaper, sometimes own label, products out there without it.

Take some floor pads with you too. I would take black, green, blue and red. Would most probably use the green for cleaning and red for buffing afterwards. Its always good to have the ability to go either way depending on requirements.
