I'm no expert but when I viewed the source I could'nt see any keywords and google dos'nt seem to find the description. Who built the site and do you have control, passwords etc ?

 hi
few simple things i have learned from my seo people. first create a blog associated with your site this makes google look at you more. make sure your on google maps you have to claim your place.

maybe to hard but makes sure your header is something called h1 header. your first line on your website should be about your service. so dont have 'dave is a really nice bloke, with a proffessional attitude and a nice van' have 'cleaning services in london'(people search for the service not you)

no expert, but these are changes i have just had done after a recent review.

cheers

john
