Hi All

Hope that you have all enjoyed the loooooong weekend.

Mrs Sunshine has just come back from the Ideal Home ex @ Earls Court.

Whilst she was there she picked me up 2 drying balls (£10) they are made from plastic and about the size of a tennis ball. The score is, that you put them in the dumble dryer and they make your clothes dry faster.

Any heard of them of them or used them?

Let me know. If not I will let you know if they are any good or if they melt all over my scrims!!!

Just added this after looking at the website.

We live in a strange world. What I'm puzzled about it the person who had the original idea?

Did they just sit down one day and think about how to dry clothes faster?

but you can bet your butt who ever he/she is they are worth a small fortune...these were going like hot cakes at the Ideal Home ex last weekend.

...and if they work, i guess they are going to get a few more customers.....I will let you all know.

Drying balls sounds like an adult term to me(  )  Just kidding

...... ok these are just plastic ball that have holes on them and small nodules of them (a bit like a dogs toy).

The instructions just say that you put them in the tumble dryer and they work......I still dont have enough dirty scrims yet.....but I will let you know.

sounds like they work by holding the fabrics apart...allowing the hot air to circulate through better.....just a guess though....
