okay dont worry im over asking how they happened now!  i just wont rid of them!
so i was just wondering if anyone as advice on doing hard water removal of a ladder at the 1st floor?
im planning on using my MDR i know i need eye protection and gloves but is there anything alse i need to know?

by the way incase you dont know from reading my sob story, ive created these hard water stains with my wfp
ive come to the conclusion that ive cuased them with a poor technique, lack of scrubbing and a low flow rate with a lack of rinsing. this is surly the only thing that could do it!

by the way i took my hand held tds meter to anchor cleaning (where i bought it) today to get it tested and they said its working perfect! althought im thinking for peice of mind i need a spare to test then against each other now and then and some of that calibrating fluid stuff?!?

Are all these mineral deposits on all the windows of all the houses you do?

If not then I question your conclusions. Spotting is usually caused from a lack of rinsing, so will be from dirt rather than mineral contamination. Your water will have been near pure so there would be no minerals in it to cause this.

I have a few houses on my round that have a couple of windows with mineral deposits on them. The deposits are etched into the glass and will not come off not matter what I use. Some of it has come from cement residue and some of it is lead stains. Another house has sandstone lintels which has also cause permanent contamination.

This time of year I tend to find spotting on some windows as in mineral deposits...and in the main it's normally down to someone watering with a hosepipe and splashing the windows...is it you that is causing the issues?

The hard water is down to the customers watering their flower beds and hanging baskets,not down to you as your water is PURE,make sure you charge extra for their carelessness and don't be made a fool of

i dont know if its ALL the windows i do wfp but its a bloody lot! too many for liking i know that much! im gonna be the rinse king from now on!
