Simon, What your favourite general spotter?

I rate surround, used it today on some marks powerburst hadn't shifted, got them out when rinsed with high heat. Didn't know what the marks were, always try surround first before moving into other spotters.

Interesting how we get on with some chems and others don't.

Andrew,
Had the completely opposite situation the other day. Used surround spotter on a stain in an office and it didn't budge, used PB and bang it was gone. I don't have a favourite spotter, but ultrapac renovate is the front runner, by a mile.

So you don't have a favourite, but ultrapac is your favourite?

I use it for touch ups on upholstery after cleaning, PB and Ultrapak are superior but need rinsing, when I've cleaned and turbo dried a suite and then find a spot then I apply and towel that's it where if pre spray are applied then I have to wet the fabric more.

Simon,

What dilution do you use ultrapac for spotting and do you use it on wool?

Iv used a strong dilution of  ultrapac on a 80/20 rental of mine and not had any noticeable problems after 3 or 4 cleans. I have not done  this in customers houses. (also rinsed with formula 90 when i thought i was going to sling it out, the combination saved me replacing)

Andrew,
I use it at 25/75 to water. Never causes a problem.
