well my missus went to see the surgeon yesterday.its bad.

shes gotta have her left breast removed and lymph nodes under her arms.chemotherapy,radiotherapy and take anti-cancer drugs for 5 years after surgery.

i dont know whether she can take it anymore as shes had liver cancer a few years ago.shes absolutely devastated.all of us are still in shock.

i couldnt face going into work today.ive been up half the night.

lifes too short to be doing a job you hate.my missus has just done a degree and has loads of things she wants to do in teaching before she retires(shes 50).







her best mates son just wants to kill himself at 22 years old.

puts things into perspective.dont waste a second of our very precious life.

this job dose get me down sometimes but all i do is go round and see the customer that are always glad to see me ( the old ones) then i have a cupa with them and by the time i leave i feel on top of the world again. if i only get 3 house done that day so what there's more to life than window cleaning

Tragedies like these puts our own problems into very stark perspective. When we think we are the only one suffering, we find we don't have to look very far to find someone who is really going through the mill.
