Hi,

I thought I answer as no one has heeded your call for help!:)

I would say start as sole trader as it is the easiest format for a new business. If you are not sure look on the net as there are many sites explaining the pros and cons. You can always change in the future as your business grows to a Partnership or a limited company.I started as a sole trader, now ina partnership and considering registering a limited company next year.Always get advice from your accountant on what course to take.

Also open a business account and use that solely for your business and keep your personal spend on your other non business accounts. This will help you in doing your accounts at the end of the year and give you a realistic picture of how the business doing. Also by having a bus account you can use it to open up trade accounts with places such as Booker cash & carry to buy wholesale.

Hope this helps.
