If you want good customer care from a truckmount supplier, buy one fron John.

Same as above, had mine 18months no problems.
Easy to maintain, servicing of the Honda engine straight forward, can get to other parts on machine easy enough.
I will buy another when i want to replace.
John more than happy to talk through any maintenance and he knows the machine very well.

Not looked at the carpet cleaning forums for while so only just seen this post.

Yes have to agree with all the above had mine about 3 years now excellent back up from John and Lynne. :)

What about servicing? Are you local to them? or do they have service dealers all over the country. By the sound of it restormate has got a good reputation for customer service and I hav n't heard any bad things about the prowler so they can't be bad

Buy one from JK,  brill service and the prowler is very easy to use, service and repair - and as for performance - it will def put  a smile on your face  ;D best thing I ever did for my cc biz.

been up today to restormate for a few extra supplies......had i little input and chat about this beast.....i'm just starting out ...... but this is on my shopping list in the future all going well!
