Well said Craig , but i cant help but think you got a little pi55ey about the fact that i clocked your post and blew you out of the water with my humble attempt at a gutter vac .
I could in fact go and buy a 3600w model with gold plated plug in the morning , the truth is that my time on the glass is lucrative , therefore i have time to mess about in my shed , so i refuse to give some bloke more money than i could diy it for , and stronger too i might add  ;D

Perhaps i should give up the glass , put my talents fully into the shed , make a better looking product than my diy efforts , what do you think ?

I think that's a great idea, you got one of mine in your shed to know it's weak yes? And please produce, we have 60,000 worth of stock in our shop so yes get your stock and start selling.

Lidal or another fine vacuum company as long as you catch the right week can be your main supplier of such fine products, maybe with a commercial use warranty?

I've got one of those lidl vacs & have used it for gutters (nothing above first floor) twice with no problems at all. Its VERY noisy though,.. great for attracting other custies in the road, but very annoying for me.
