I've got a couple of customers like that, just ignore them. You know they would be up for it if they got the chance but don't give them the chance.

It sounds she may be bipolar.

Why not do the inside window(s) when you are due to do the outsides next time?

If she were my customer I wouldn't have a problem with her. She's only asking you to do your job.  :)
