« on: May 16, 2011, 11:16:10 am »
Hi guys, need to get a few new nozzles...anyone tried the cheaper nozzles?

Im not really up for buying the repair kits, they are just to pricey.

Blastaway said he was usingthe cheaper ones no problem, where did ya get em from mate?

Any other bargains about or recommendations ?

Also, whats the deal with the blue/red ones? (turbo nozzles not the coloured QR ones) diff flow rates?

Cheers,

Matt

I bought one off eBay about a month ago to try. It was a 55. Fitted to a lance and it was shiite mate. Cost 30 quid and had too much vibration. Seems like a cheap snide without the correctly configured holes.

I've always bought from Paul at Steam Cleaners Ltd in Bolton. They're 30 quid too and are the dogs. They do all sizes you need for your flow rate etc.

Suttner Nozzles are good, dear about 65 quid but in my experience they chip easily and the repair kits cost 40 quid.

Not tried the red one's. Had blue one's but didn't like the cone. Assuming you mean these blue one's http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PRESSURE-WASHER-TURBO-NOZZLE-JET-WASH-STEAM-CLEANER-055-/250599914273?pt=UK_Home_Garden_PowerTools_SM&hash=item3a58eb3b21#ht_2208wt_757
