This contract is for the daily cleaning of the Council's Bracknell town
centre offices, other public buildings, some schools in the Borough of
Bracknell Forest and other Council owned or maintained buildings.
In addition, this requirement will include the supply of equipment and
consumables at some but not all sites.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
The Contract is for complete day to day cleaning services to the Council's
buildings, currently circa 25 in number. It is intended that the contract
will cover a range of buildings including 3 main town centre office
buildings, public libraries including the main Bracknell central library,
educational establishments, Youth & community centres and social services
establishments. The buildings generally have parts which are open to the
general public and parts which are accessible to staff only. These
buildings are subject to security arrangements.
Additionally, the framework will be available for any Council owned or
maintained building or school, by placing their own individual order. It
is expected that school sites will total circa 14, although potentially
this could be as high as circa 30.
