T's & C's

Hi guys,

Im getting a new batch of letterheads printed up and i want to put my terms and conditions on the reverse side. Do any of you do this? specially the hard surface cleaners? I've never really done it before, but have always thought it looked more professional.

Just wanted to know if any of you do, could you forward me a copy to use if you dont mind?

Hi Matt,

With having your T&C's on the back that does not bind a client.

They physically need to sign an agreement. Just having" by paying this invoice you agree to the terms" would not stand up in court.

Be very weary!

Hi Dave,

Its more about the quote side of it, i have them sign a quote, and am going to have it say something like in accepting this quote you accept our terms and conditions found on the back of this quote, or something similar. I just think it comes across a little bit more profesional. Also its just handy to have them there, so they are easily accessible to the client.

Quite simple our T & C is we have done the work now it's time to pay up, or we send the dogs in !!!








Only kidding, we explain to  domestic clients that is payment on completion and with commercials, terms are set out at time of accepting the quote that suits both parties.

I have T&C's on my invoice - those written by Daniel Silverman who are our debt collectors. I don't have any on the quote except the times when I need to qualify the customer on a point

Hi Matt,

On the bottom of our quote forms we have "Payment is due on completion of work" thats our T&Cs

As when we quote we make any notes on our quote form and get the client to sign and date it!!!

Never had an issue (yet) ;)

How do you find Daniel Silverman?  I am considering using them to chase our debts.  There is a lot of bad press online about them...  but think this is mostly people who have been chased by them, not their clients!
