definatly dont like phoning /texting custys cant be arsed with it,iv got 2 that need texting for access,like daz said what happens if the weather takes a turn for the worse and pes down half the day,your not very reliable then are you

I have got probably 15-20% of my customers i have to text so they can leave the gates open. It can be a pain to be honest, but its the way things are going, more and more people will keep there properties secured by locking gates.

I text and ring a lot of my customers the night before it saves a lot of hassle when theres no access to the back BUT I NEVER ask them to leave money out for me? As the above post said why would you want to pay in advance? I leave an SAE and the cheque usually follows within 7 days.
