Can anyone email me a copy of a letter to gain council, letting agents or property management contracts.

Kind Regards

its normally the cheapest quote anyway, i have a had a few dealings with the councils, yes they pay reasonably quick but the price is low, they are good to deal with though - overall, if yhou deal on low prices

councils all go to public tender so writing to them would be pointless and phoning for that matter

I called ours a fortnight ago and got put onto the tender list for when the jobs come up for tender.

I intend to tender and to get some of the jobs, even if they are a bit on the low side for price, they can be done in any weather and the price reflects the sort of job you will do.
