My average is simular to yours Mark based on 12 months, Tony the way I upped the spend was to offer 3 for 2 then I got my customers to have more cleaned to make it worth their in my while then I took the offer away and they still buy in bulk.

Pay for 2 largest get smaller for free, so there's not a definative answer but if you look at a standard 1950's semi a lounge £59, hsl £68 = £127 and free diner.

Add scotchguard to the mix and you have your free room back vouloir!
