Warehouse floors

Hi can anyone tell me how they go about pricing a warehouse floor, do you charge a dat rate or meterage if meterage what should I be looking at?

Hi Jaespray, yes the first one I have just done I used my rotary & vacuum setup in the end as the scrubber/ drier I hired was useless!!
So how do you normally charge them out per sq meter or day rate?
