went to a customers yesterday evening oldish chap about 58 thin long grey hair and long grey beard the most polite person you could talk to he was cowering behind the door after talking to him for a few mins he told me he was to frightend to answer the door at nightso could he please cancle
 a week ago he was mugged outside his house hit on the head with a lump of wood and kicked in the face it has left him very nervous blind in one eye and stiches to the head the scroats got £5.00

An oldish chap who's only 5 years older than me?  Ouch !!
It makes me sick to think what he's been through and obviously still going through.
If he wanted his windows cleaned I suppose he could have sent a cheque during the daytime but if he's that nervous, I suppose it's better that he limits the visitors for a while till he starts to recover.
Poor sod.
