It is anticipated that the contract may be awarded to a company with
separate legal identity. Joint ventures or consortium or group bids must
make clear the status shares and state of all the partners involved in the
legal identity with whom it is proposed the Council would contract.

The Contractor and it's supply chain may be required to actively
participate in the achievement of social and /or environmental policy
objectives relating to recruitment and training supply chain initiatives.

Fixed term contract for building cleaning services at Uckfield Community
Technology College and Wealden Skills Centre from 1.8.2011 until
31.3.2015. Companies to be short-listed on the basis of the scores awarded
at pre-qualification questionnaire stage. Maximum of 6 companies to be
invited to tender. Contract management to be carried out by the College
after the procurement exercise is completed by East Sussex County Council
and the contract, if any, is awarded on the basis of the most economically
advantageous tender.
