Merlin RO would be OK that designed for drinking water.

DI, I can only go be experience; when we first started out using it a guy who worked for us was drinking it, against my requests, for about a week. He was off work for a week with the squits.

Hi Leights, my understanding is it is safe to drink but don't because it is not "manufactured" for human consumption. There is the risk of legionaires disease for one thing..

The DI resin we use is NOT food grade. Don't drink it. RO water should be fine.

i tend to use it in the kettle it doesnt give off that "disenfected/chlorine" taste and therefore doesnt spoil the coffee
