Quiet before Chrismas
« on: December 21, 2010, 08:56:12 pm »
Business has gone quiet. I've got cancellations on regulars and my last campagn gave me two extra jobs, just to cover my expenses. One of my regulars cancelled all together and another one just told me she's moving out in a few months. I don't know  what  to do. Im think I have to wait until a New Year with new advertising, but after last advertising disspoitment I'm not looking forward and have no big budget either.

yeah it's quiet for me too in the day as we mostly do eot cleans in daytime and few people moving, in fact last 2 weeks haven't had more then a few clicks for eot cleans. i'd planned for this though and have a huge list of tasks to do so i'm ok with it as the time is spent making sure we are busier when there is work.

what was your last adverstiing?

how many weeks advertising in the newspaper? if that's all you did then that'll by why you were disappointed with the results. what services do you offer? is there more then one person? if you contact estate agents and it's just you, imo you'll struggle to get the properties clean to the standards expected and it'll be a lot of hard work.

Thanks for your reply. I've got  two casual workers, I'd like to employ them permanently , but I haven't enough jobs. I've done eots before any customers been happy.
