II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
The provision of on-site cleaning and security services to Barnet College
which consists of 9 buildings, approximately 40 000 sq m, and sit within a
7 mile radius. The buildings range from single to 3 stories. The intention
is to award the contract initially for a period of 3 years with a
provision for a further 2 12-month extensions.

TITLE Cleaning services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION
This lot is for the provision of cleaning services to Barnet College
comprising the internal cleaning of its buildings including the possility
of janitorial duties on some of its sites. Economic operators must
complete information requested within the pre-qualification questionnaire
if they wish to be considered to the provision of cleaning services.

5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS
An economic operator expressing interest (by submitting a completed
pre-qualification questionnaire) for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 may also express
its interest in providing both Lots.
If, following evaluation of its pre-qualification questionnaires for Lot 1
and Lot 2, it is subsequently shortlisted for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, it
will be invited to submit a tender for all 3 Lots ie Lot 1 cleaning
services only; Lot 2 Security services only and Lot 3 Both cleaning and
