I quoted on this twice,think the 2nd time she must have thought i was someone else,she has moved out ,and left the place a complete tip.Think it was prob best that she did,as i would have had to explain to her that the agency will want most of them replacing,got to be one of the worse ones i have seen,disrespect of the highest order,bumped up my price considerably.Started at 9.30 done by 1.30,900+ sq foot 4 bed,wool mix..Didn`t bother with after pics,as cleaning didn`t make much difference,even though i gave them a good soaking and agitation with powerburst.










Out of all the carpets,i saved 2 sets of stairs,a hall and 2 landings and the top 2 bedrooms,she is going to have to pay for fitting new ones in all the other rooms.Maybe she will learn some respect now

Hi Mark,

I had one like this for my brother, he was going to chuck the carpet so was able to mess with it. I cleaned it with half ultrapac and half powerburst mixed with some citraboost. Sprayed hot. It was a wool mix, got enough out that with a rug to cover real bad stain he was able to rent again without replacing.   Scrubbed with a rotary and brush.

Looks a bad carpet mark to start with and we caint do anything but try are hardest mate.

Yeah it was rippling through wear,and i think a lot of it was soft drink related,but with some sort of attempted clean,a lot of the black didn`t come out,but agency booked me just to have a go ,and were not expecting me to get them clean

I would say that the rippling is delamination caused by the liquid spill mark exactly where the ripple is .

Nemesis and a buffer would have those carpets looking good , though not much could be done about the delamination
