How do you get wood stain out of a cream carpet !!!!!

Honest answer,
with great difficulty, the chances are its permanant , the only thing i would suggest is sod met it may improve and if your lucky hide it altogether.

What legal standing do waivers have?

Can you imagine buying a car and the manufacturer giving you a piece of paper that says "if you use it then there is no guarantee".

Waivers seem to work for the makers of Vanish.

If you get someone to agree a waiver and sign it, I think they are less likely to pull you up even if they don't stand up in court.

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

I'm not sure if others would agree, but try pouring some neat bleach on the stain and rinse it out with your machine. ???
